In November 2022, we met Tim Harris and Ben Shouler at the point we had to sell the home and land for our Aunty June who had to move to a Care Home. Ben and Tim made the whole process simple and straightforward with the added benefit of their personal interest in the reasons for selling and the need to proceed quickly to release funds. They both visited June at her Care Home and were excellent in the way they explained the process and costs involved. June was delighted with the meeting and was put at ease immediately. Tim then became our main contact and successfully sold the home and land and then dealt with additional land sales following the passing of June. Tim has been superb throughout with immediate responses to emails, calls or letters. He explained everything in detail and always checked to ensure we fully understood all the processes. Even when dealing with revised offers and frustrating legal issues, he has remained positive and reassuring that matters would be resolved, and they were.
