Self-contained, mixed-use commercial premises to let in Melton Mowbray are likely to suit the type of business occupier looking to channel a more urban vibe in a workplace setting than is usually available in the rural market town or the surrounding area.

That’s the view of the commercial agency of Shouler & Son whose latest letting instruction in the town is a 4,628 sf ft (429,96 sq m) set of office and workshop/warehouse premises, plus additional storage yard, on Regent Street.

Shouler & Son confirms that while the landlord, on whose behalf it is acting as sole agent, would prefer to let the premises out as a whole, there may be scope to split the first and second floor offices for separate leases to the right occupiers and subject to negotiation.
