Shouler & Son is acting as an agent on behalf of the landlord on two industrial units available to let this spring at Rotherhill Business Park in Melton Mowbray.

The two units are among the last in the scheme of fourteen units of upgraded and completely refurbished properties at the Thorpe Road business park in the market town of Melton.

As a new business location in the town, Rotherhill Business Park is attracting a variety of commercial operators who have been looking for modern business premises in which to grow their company’s base.

One of the newest occupiers to be confirmed by Shouler & Son’s commercial agency is local roofing contractor, Stace Roofing who are the owner-occupiers of Units B3 and B4, from where the firm will launch its second set of premises in Melton later this spring - the other is on Nottingham Road.

The two available units remaining to let are, in combination, offering business premises to suit retail or trade counter, light industrial and warehouse style occupiers.

Each of the units has its own designated vehicle parking spaces on-site.

Unit B2 is suitable for light industrial occupiers and offers 1,401 sq ft (130 sq m) of business use class E accommodation.

It is of steel portal frame construction, has a high specification insulation and cladding system and an electric roller shutter entry to the main space. This unit has an electronic gate with key pad entry system.

The other unit available to let through Shouler & Son at Rotherhill Business Park this spring is D1 which fronts on to Thorpe Road.

This is a semi-detached warehouse unit of 5,378 sq ft (499.6 sq m) of ground floor level and first floor mezzanine accommodation. It has an eaves height of six metres.
