Repeat recognition of local lets top ranking

Melton Mowbray-based Shouler & Son was the top ranking local agent for residential property letting transactions last month (November) according to the latest monthly report by Rightmove - the leading online property portal - has revealed.

The latest Rightmove rankings see Shoulers occupy the top position in assessing the number of lettings deals secured in its area of operation.

The agent occupies the top slot ahead of the local offices of other independent agents and national lettings agents who have a local office presence in Melton.

This latest accolade follows Shoulers’ recent success in the British Property Awards 2022-2023 in which its lettings agency achieved the accolade of winning the Gold Award Letting Agent in the local area.

Speaking about both achievements as the year ends, Dan Barradale, who heads Shoulers’ lettings agency service, said, “We have a solid local reputation with landlords and tenants and it’s one of which we are extremely proud.
