Going for gold as top local letting agent

Shouler & Son is celebrating its achievement in the latest British Property Awards 2022-2023 in being identified as the top local letting agent.

The awards scheme is organised and run by the estate agency industry. Entrants are judged by their peers.

Shouler & Son received the top accolade as the winner of the Gold Award Letting Agent in Melton Mowbray following the judges’ assessment of its performance against a specific set criteria.

The achievement of Shoulers’ lettings agency comes in a year which has seen the firm’s residential services re-group and add to its headcount under the direction of Richard Cleaver who was recruited and appointed as Head of Residential in the spring (2022).

Speaking about the gold winning status in this year’s British Property Awards, Richard Cleaver said, “It’s a testament to the professional expertise of our lettings service which is headed by Dan Barradale.
