Five ‘live’ premium lettings in play for early spring

There are five ‘live’ premium residential properties available to rent now from the early spring portfolio of Shouler & Son’s lettings agency.
With monthly rents ranging from £1,100 for a two bedroom cottage in the grounds of Grade II* Listed stately home near Grantham, to an extended country farm cottage in Rutland or a period property on part of the Belvoir Estate each at £2,195 per month, such top end, ‘statement’ properties to let have been coming forward for Shoulers’ agency since the start of the year.
First to launch was Orchard House, Scalford, Melton - a four bedroom, two reception room, detached home to let at £1,450 pcm.
Instructions for properties to let above the £1,000 pcm have been coming through steadily since then and also include Manor Farm, Colesworth, a 6 bedroom detached period property in the heart of the village, available to let at £1,995 pcm.
