The final industrial unit remaining for sale or to let at Rotherhill Business Park in Melton Mowbray is now available, advises Shouler & Son who is acting as joint agent with FHP on behalf of the developer.

Unit D1, a warehouse unit, is the last available property in this mixed industrial and office scheme of fourteen upgraded and completely refurbished business units at the Thorpe Road business park. The agents have successfully acted on behalf of the developer.
