Back in early 2018 Shoulers launched our Cash in your Cowshed campaign which saw us working with and advising our existing and new agricultural clients to consider diversification as an alternative source of income generation, which has proven to be a great success! 

Many of our formerly agricultural clients have become commercial landlords by investment in a change of use planning application and redevelopment of their redundant farm buildings. 

With rents rising in the city centres, we are now finding occupiers moving to more rural areas, therefore seeing high demand for well-built quality commercial units across Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire

We have seen many successful redevelopment schemes take shape throughout our area of practice and Shoulers are proud to have steered these exciting schemes forward.
