Shoulers’ Edward Danby joins Melton BID board

Edward Danby of Shouler & Son has been appointed to the board of Melton BID, the town’s business district organisation.

Shouler & Son is one of the 487 local businesses who make up the Melton BID district.

While among a range of professional services business members, it is the only firm dedicated to local rural, residential and commercial land & property sector interests.

Melton BID board members include representatives from a range of other professional business sectors, as well as the retail and leisure & hospitality sectors who join those from local authority and public sector.

As a commercial property consultant, Edward Danby brings, specifically, an understanding of the direct experience of business landlords and tenants, plus insights on the evolution of town centres and high streets post-pandemic.

He has worked for Shouler & Son since April last year (2021), prior to this he worked in the Nottingham area, where he was involved in Beeston’s former BID organisation.
