Shouler & Son welcomes newest residential recruit

Shouler & Son is welcoming its latest recruit this month (June) as part of the ongoing expansion of its residential estate agency team this summer.

Elliot Blakeman has been appointed as residential sales consultant and joins the Melton Mowbray-based property practice from John German Estate Agents where he was a sales negotiator.

Entering the property industry just last year (2021), Elliot will continue his training with Shouler & Son in working towards an accredited property mark qualification in the coming months and, long term, to become a valuer.

Elliot will work within the residential team which is headed by Richard Cleaver who joined Shouler & Son in the spring.

Welcoming Elliot to the firm, Richard Cleaver said, “Elliot is the latest in a line of new appointments we are making this year as we add new talent to Shouler & Son’s property offer and extend our reach in serving current and new clients across the East Midlands.”
