Shouler & Son has been appointed to sell land with residential planning permission for six properties in one of Melton Mowbray’s newer neighbourhood districts, to the west of the town centre.

Situated at the end of Cleves Close, off the A606, Asfordby Road, near to the Sysonby Knoll Hotel, the land was formerly used for agricultural storage.

Full planning permission for an application to demolish the existing, derelict farm buildings and the construction of the brand new homes was granted by the local authority in the summer (August).

The permission is for six homes in total, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties ranging in size from 88.6 sq m to 213 sq m ,with the 2 bedroom homes being bungalows.

The land is for sale through Shouler & Son with a guide price of £900,000.

Informal tenders are invited by a deadline of noon on 04 November 2022.
