New role filled in residential agency

The expansion of Shouler & Son’s estate agency continues under the firm’s new head of residential with the announcement of the appointment of a new recruit to fill a newly created role.

Ellie Learmonth joins the Melton-based property firm this month (July) as a trainee sales consultant.

This is the second new appointment to be announced in as many months by Richard Cleaver, who, himself, was recruited as Shouler & Son’s head of residential earlier this year.

Ellie has just completed a two year college course. And with part-time experience in the hospitality and retail sectors in Melton Mowbray, she joins the firm in a junior role with a view to gaining hands-on experience to pursue a career in the property sector.

Announcing Ellie’s appointment, Richard Cleaver said, “Ellie brings her customer experience skills to a role which has been created to support the work of our senior estate agent team.

“Shouler & Son is undertaking a recruitment drive this year which, so far, is proving successful in attracting young, talented individuals whose thinking complements the work of our established property professionals.

“This, in turn, can only serve to renew and reinforce our offer to clients old and new.”
