New recruit reinforces commercial service

Shouler & Son has added to its commercial services team with the appointment of a new recruit this month (May).

Oscar Hoult has been appointed to the position of Real Estate Assistant at the property firm’s Melton Mowbray headquarters following a successful recruitment drive earlier in the spring.

Oscar lives locally, in Rutland, and joins Shouler & Son via work experience with a global commercial real estate and investment company and an honours degree in politics from the University of Liverpool, from where he graduated last year (2021)

In working at Shouler & Son, Oscar will support both the commercial property professional services and agency teams which are headed by Harry Baines as Partner and Head of Commercial.

In welcoming the firm’s newest recruit, Harry Baines said, “Attracting young individuals whose thinking complements that of our established professionals is a cornerstone of our service to clients.

“Oscar fills a newly created position and is among the first of a number of new appointments across the firm in our planned programme of recruitment this year.”
