Shouler & Son’s latest farm sales instruction has already attracted interest from potential buyers from farming and non-farming backgrounds, confirms the firm’s rural commercial agency.

Waves Farm and Wyves Farm are in an arable and livestock farm setting, with two residential dwellings, farm buildings and approximately 168 acres (68 hectares) of arable and pasture land, circa two miles west of the cathedral city of Lincoln.

The farm has been in family ownership for two successive generations and it is the first time it has come to market since the early 1950s.
