'Lets' reveal agent's top ranking

Shouler & Son has been identified as the top ranking local agent for residential property lettings agreed in the first seven months of the year in the latest report by Rightmove, the leading online property portal.

The Melton-based agent has secured the top slot with 6 per cent of the market share, and 61 residential lettings deals transacted in 2022 so far (up to 14 August).

The latest Rightmove rankings see Shoulers occupy the top position in assessing the number of deals secured in its local area of occupation and beating, collectively, the 138 offices of other local independent agents and national lettings competitors.

The accolade comes in a year which has seen Shouler & Son continue to develop its core property business of residential, commercial and rural services.
