Latest deal done sees salon set for success at Bowley Court

The latest unit let at Bowley Court in Melton town centre sees hair salon, Locks of Love with Lindsey now launched for business by owner Lindsey Baker.

Unit 5 Bowley Court, a 500 sq ft, purpose-built retail unit, was let through the commercial agency of Shouler & Son.

The Melton-based agent has acted for the landlord on a number of units at the retail court and confirms that the letting of another unit to a local business is close to completion.

Bowley Court is a shopping precinct between Sherrard Street and Windsor Street in Melton’s central retail district. It has seen a number of independent traders and operators move in over the past 18 months.

Edward Danby, Commercial Consultant, Shouler & Son, has led the letting of the Bowley Court units and he’s encouraged by their steady occupation by local businesses.

He said, “The retail sector does have its challenges and the uncertainties of last autumn’s economic situation did not help.

“However, we are encouraged by our agency experience in Melton over the winter and we are looking forward to announcing another new tenant at Bowley Court soon.”
