Holistic jeweller set for growth in popular Melton retail court

An experienced jeweller and healing practitioner is opening for business this month (March) in new premises at Bowley Court in Melton Mowbray town centre, confirms commercial agents at Shouler & Son.
Acting on behalf of the landlord as the sole agent under instruction, Shouler & Son has let 2 Bowley Court - a 352 sq ft retail unit - where SoeL Beads has secured a three year lease, initially.
SoeL Beads was established four years ago by founder and owner, Simon Agius.
He combines his experience as a jeweller and a Reiki practitioner to offer a bespoke, holistic service to clients centred on handcrafted gemstones and beads and the promotion of wellness through associated products and services.
Bowley Court is one of Melton town centre’s popular retail courts and SoeL Beads joins a number of successful independent traders in the vicinity in relocating from its previous shop in Market Harborough.
The growth of SoeL Beads saw Simon Agius looking for not only larger premises but also a new customer base, having built-up a strong clientele in Market Harborough who remain loyal customers.
He explains, “The retail unit at Bowley Court struck me as the right location almost as soon as I walked through the door at the first viewing with Shouler & Son.
“The mix of traders there creates a vibe that complements my own approach to business. Plus, to take SoeL Beads to the next level, we needed an established location with robust retail footfall to encourage passing trade and attract interest in finding out what we are all about.”
