Eyes on the pies

Shouler & Son is supporting the British Pie Awards again this year with sponsorship of the Pork Pie Class 2 category.

This is the ninth year of Shoulers’ sponsorship association with the annual awards scheme which is hosted by the Melton Mowbray Pork Pie Association.

Judging takes place at St Mary’s Church in Melton Mowbray town centre during British Pie Week (6^th to 12^th March).

Shouler & Son Managing Partner, Ben Shouler has, once again, been invited to be on the judging panel.

In gearing up his tastebuds for the best of British piemaking again this year, Ben confirms he always looks forward to sampling the pork pie entries given the delicacy’s high profile association with the town in which Shoulers has been based since the 19^th Century.
