The RICS Home Buyer Report (Survey and Valuation) includes:
- A description of each element of the property
- Colour coded condition ratings
- Comments on defects and advice on repairs and maintenance
- A market valuation and a reinstatement cost
The Condition Report is a concise, descriptive report most suitable for smaller and newer properties.
It colour codes property defects to highlight items requiring attention.
