The Land and Buildings
The land extends to approximately 5.38 acres (2.18 hectares) of flat grassland with water troughs and internal gated access to two agricultural buildings, two polytunnels, a storage container and an area of hardstanding.

One of the agricultural buildings is a former radio station (approximately 80ft x 18ft), made of brick with a concrete floor and asbestos roof sheeting. The other agricultural building is a 4 bay Fowler & Gilbert steel portal frame barn (approximately 60ft x 30ft), with corrugated fibre cement roof sheets sitting on wooden purlins and Yorkshire boarding to both gable ends and the rear side. These buildings may be suitable for conversion and alternative use, subject to any required planning or other consents.

Method of Sale
The freehold land is offered for sale as a whole by private treaty with vacant possession on completion.

The Seller's solicitor has recently submitted an application for first registration to HM Land Registry to register the land for the first time. The Seller's solicitor is to request HM Land Registry expedite that application once a sale has been agreed, should registration of the land not have been completed by that time.

Environmental Schemes
