Rent: Â£100 per month* payable monthly in advance. An initial payment of 3 month's rent is required in advance with all contracts.
VAT: VAT is payable on the rent.
Flexible terms: 3, 6 or 12 months hire contracts are available.
Note: *Hire contracts for longer than 6 months attract a discount.
Additional containers may be added to the site periodically, please enquire as to availability.
KEY DEPOSIT: A key deposit of Â£30 and security deposit of Â£100 is payable on all contracts, returnable at the end of the contract on presentation of the keys and provided there is no damage to the inside of the unit.
PROHIBITED GOODS: The stores are available for storing inert goods such as household effects, files, furniture, etc. Storage of waste products, dangerous, noxious or highly inflammable goods is prohibited.
