Everyone at Shoulers hope that you are all safe, well and continuing to follow the COVID-19 government guidelines. We have been busy looking at opportunities to continue to operate the various departments of our business and can let you have the following update. Please note that we are continuing to have our offices closed to the public and this will be continually reviewed.
Property Sales – We have members of staff to assist you on all sales and letting matters for new and existing clients. Property Lettings – We have continued to operate a skeleton staff during the last 3 months and this has been increased recently with the relaxation of letting market. We are currently able to market letting properties for new and existing clients and have been busy creating video experiences for properties that we have available to let. County Auction Rooms – The COVID-19 regulations have allowed us to open the auction room for business. From the 15th June we will be able to accept entries for our forthcoming sales by a pre-booked appointment only. We can also accept deliveries with our known couriers and removal companies but must be by a pre-booked appointment. Please email email@example.com . It is our intention to hold the delayed 26th March sale on the 25th June which will be online only. More details to follow regarding viewing options and ways to bid.
