A three storey café property on Oakham’s High Street has been let to a new occupier through Melton-based agent, Shouler & Son.

Acting for the landlord as the sole agent under instruction, Shouler & Son’s commercial agency has confirmed the letting of the three storey, self-contained commercial premises at 49a High Street, Oakham on an initial three year lease.

The 776 sq ft, Grade II premises - where the most recent occupier was the Baobab Café - has long been associated with food use and is in a prominent position on High Street, in the vicinity of some of the Rutland market town’s high profile hospitality venues and retailers.

The new tenant, who is a food & beverage occupier specialising in Middle Eastern vegetarian food, is currently undertaking the fit out of the premises to its own specification ahead of opening.
