Shouler & Son’s new website marks the latest phase in the East Midlands multi-disciplinary property firm’s business growth.

With a fresh look and improved functionality for casual browsers and client users alike, the new website profiles the full suite of the firm’s rural, commercial and residential professional and agency services.

In addition, Shoulers’ own county auction rooms and services - based within the firm’s headquarters at the County Chambers in Melton Mowbray - are also showcased in a revamped companion website.

The launch of the new website this summer sits within the firm’s business development plans for the year (2022). These have included a recruitment drive boosting, in particular, its residential headcount following the appointment of a new head of residential in the spring.

The reorganisation of the firm’s commercial property and rural teams has also seen new appointments this year.

Recruitment is ongoing across all the firm’s property disciplines.

Speaking about the launch of the new website, Ben Shouler, managing partner, said, “By its very nature, the website is the visual representation of what has been going on ‘behind the scenes’ at Shoulers for the past two years.

“Like many firms, business plans stalled for several months with the initial shock of the pandemic and subsequent business lockdowns.

“We were, however, able to continue to consolidate all our office bases in Melton and to come together under one roof at County Chambers last summer.

“From that springboard, we could accelerate the digitisation of all aspects of our business processes and procedures - including our auction house offer.

“The new website is the visual representation of that initiative to external audiences.

“Meanwhile, the development of the core property business continues in seeking to give the best professional advice and agency services to established and future clients.”
