To maximise the value of property, consents to develop are often needed. We can advise and prepare applications for planning permission and listed building consent for residential, agricultural and commercial needs, working when detailed design or special expertise is needed with local architects and planning consultants.

Expert Evidence

The successful resolution of disputes increasingly relies on expert evidence. We regularly prepare expert evidence on valuation, and on the management of real property, for submission to the Courts or other tribunals. Likewise we accept appointment as Single Joint Expert in the areas of our competence.
