Call me back

Spring 2017? Where is it? All I see is rain, cold nights and nappies from my son, William Shouler III, now 14 weeks old.

Welcome to our latest newsletter filled with important news on regulations, legislation and opportunities for you to digest and consider.  Alice Rowley and Simon Johnson highlight the lesser impact of the revised Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) rates and income tax regime, that seem not to have had the effect that we had imagined.  Residential landlords and owner occupiers are still looking for properties to buy.  With spring in the air, potential buyers of all types are out there, now is the time to call Simon to get an up to date freehold valuation of your property or Alice if you want to rent out.

Harry, Philip and Emily have taken up three agricultural points that will update your knowledge of land prices, Cross Compliance and Basic Payment (BPS).

The agricultural sector has some important dates looming for BPS and it’s best to act promptly as deadline soon arrive and pass!

On the commercial front, there are a lot of new instructions and new deals being concluded, despite the rating furore and Brexit. Helen has all the details.

If you would like more information about any of the  articles please contact the relevant person.

Thank you again for digesting our newsletter and here’s to my next six months of sleepless nights, for William’s teething!

"This is an example of where and how the testimonials display on the site. Each time a page is loaded, one testimonial is randomly auto-selected from the archived list. We can add a link in the 2nd carousel (home page) or in the footer which would take the user to a page where all testimonials can be viewed."
